Kerstin Sochor

As editor-in-chief of the Austrian plastics magazine, Kerstin Sochor is responsible for setting the editorial direction of the trade publication. She also monitors developments in key industry topics, such as the circular economy, innovation, and sustainable material solutions.

She regularly acts as a moderator at trade events and industry forums, covering topics such as the EU Packaging Directive, the circular economy and digitalisation. She takes on moderating roles at international events such as ‘Women in Plastics’ and supports initiatives that increase the visibility of women in the industry.

Sochor is also involved in industry organisations, including serving as a board member of the Association of Austrian Plastics Processors.
