Dr. Ralf Düssel

Ralf Düssel is since 2023 the Group Head of Sustainability at the specialty Chemicals Company Evonik Industries AG. He drives Evonik’s
business transformation towards a recognized sustainability leader in the chemical industry with integrated sustainable portfolio steering.
Since 2022 he is also the Chairman of the Board of PlasticsEurope Deutschland.

After his PhD he worked globally at Evonik in different roles. Most recently, he was responsible for the global polymer business.
