Lars Börger holds a PhD in chemistry and an Executive Master’s in General Management. With 25+ years in sustainable materials, he led global biopolymers at BASF, advancing mass balancing and working six years in China. At Neste, he built the renewable polymers division. Since March 2025, he is CEO of nova-Institute.
