Arnoud Passenier is current chair of the Strategic Oversight Committee of the trilateral CE cooperation between NRW, Flanders and NL. He has a long track record in shaping CE on the national, European and global level, focusing on public-private partnerships in value chains (e.g. critical materials, construction, phosphorus, plastics and textiles).
