The Circular Valley Convention is organised by Messe Düsseldorf in cooperation with the Circular Valley Foundation and under the scientific guidance of the Fraunhofer Institute for Environmental, Safety and Energy Technology UMSICHT. Messe Düsseldorf contributes its many years of expertise from numerous leading trade fairs. The Circular Valley Foundation supports the event with its extensive network and in-depth knowledge of the circular economy. The Fraunhofer Institute UMSICHT ensures the scientific quality of the event.
Messe Düsseldorf
Messe Düsseldorf is a leading international organiser of trade fairs that brings together companies and professionals from various industries. With around 50 leading trade fairs, including world-renowned events such as K, interpack and drupa, Messe Düsseldorf is a major player in the global trade fair business. The exhibition centre offers modern infrastructure on over 305,000 m² and attracts millions of visitors every year. Messe Düsseldorf is also a strong promoter of innovations and sustainable trade fair concepts.
Circular Valley
The Circular Valley Foundation, based in Wuppertal, has set itself the task of promoting innovative solutions for the circular economy. As a platform for start-ups and companies from around the world, the foundation supports the development of technologies that aim to keep materials in the economic cycle and avoid waste. The funding program gives start-ups access to expert networks, mentoring and financing opportunities. The Circular Valley Foundation works closely with scientific institutions and industry to develop sustainable solutions for pressing environmental problems.

UMSICHT
The Fraunhofer Institute for Environmental, Safety, and Energy Technology UMSICHT focuses on the development of innovative and sustainable technologies in the fields of energy, resource management, and recycling management. With its research, Fraunhofer UMSICHT contributes to a more efficient use of materials and energy while reducing the ecological footprint. The institute works closely with industrial partners to develop practical solutions for companies. Particular attention is paid to the creation of sustainable production processes that promote the circular economy.
