Transformation towards a circular economy

The recently published German CE strategy clearly defines an ambitious vision of a circular economy, aiming to reduce the overall per capita resource consumption to a sustainable level of 8t per year. The key challenge will now be to set up a governance system that actually allows for such a disruptive transformation.
